Kettlebell Work

I finally got my hands on the kettlebell, granted it’s only a five pound one but seeing how I’ve never used one before, it’s better to be safe than sorry. I’ve been reading about how fabulous they are and have been itching to try them out. Try out this kettlebell workout!

How to do it: 10 to 15 reps, repeat 2 to 3 times
How often: two to three times a week.

Equipment required: kettlebell and you!

Kettlebell push up

Russian cuddle swing


Goblet squat

Lunch press

Russian twist

Kettle deadlift

Single arm snatch


Single arm front squat
