Smoothie time! This one used a triple berry blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, watermelon, stevia, greek yogurt and…maple water!
Yes you read that right, maple water! I am trying out a carton of it right now, it has a slightly sweetened taste and goes really well in the smoothies.
I also added in a few dried stevia leaves to sweeten it as well.
Here’s the recipe!
1/2 cup triple berry blend
1/2 cup watermelon
Handful of leafy greens
2-3 dried stevia leaves (trust me on this!)
1 cup of maple water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
