Here is my starting weight at 163.4 on June 17th,2014 after the morning bathroom routine. Not thrilled but I know I can get this weight off.
June 22nd, down to 159! I know the time there is lousy but the day before was insane and I was exhausted haha! Not so much diet modification, more moving around. I got a new app called SWORKIT and used a couple of the FitnessBlender workouts. I must say, I am in love with SWORKIT! It is a basic circuit training app that lets you set daily time goals and has a good variety of moves. It also has some basic yoga and cardio activities that seem like they would be great for people new to working out. I had the free version for one routine and then bought the pro version for 99 cents for more features.
