Morning Core Workout Burst!



Here’s a quick set of exercises that you can do first thing in the morning. It’s a good quick way to get your heart rate going and help wake you up for the day.

These exercises are going to target your core so on top of helping you wake up in the morning, you also getting to tighten up your tummy which is a super big win in my book.


Do 2 sets of 15

Also by doing it first thing in the morning, you get it done and over with. So you can possibly rub it in your friends faces . This way you can feel like a rock star all day.

Mountain Climber

The mountain climbers you could do then either slowly, and do a set of 20 or you can set a timer to go off and go until it stops.

Leg Rounds


Depending on how long it takes you to execute the moves, you could be done in 5 minutes or 10 minutes it’s up to you!
