I ended up caving and taking a few pictures with my phone, so the image quality isn’t the greatest but it’s just easier to show the moves.
Traditional planks. If your wrists start to hurt, sit back and rotate them a few times. If they still hurt you can make a fist instead of having open palms or shift to forearm planks.
Forearm planks. My personal favorites, except I love the challenge of the traditional side planks.
Use the timer on your phone and set the stopwatch! Pick a few of the planks you like the most and try for a minute with each one for a great & quick total body workout.
